QME Industrial Injury Evaluation (I.I.E.) Series

Registration Fees (Same for ICAC Members and Non-Members. This is a State Mandated Course to Become Licensed as a QME)

$1495 – Total Fee (You may pay $747.50 at registration - Total due one week prior to seminar date – for partial payment must call 916-362-8816 to register)
$2495 – Late Registration (less 3 days week prior to seminar date)
